China launches new attack sub built in secret underground factory

China has launched the second of its newest Yuan-class attack submarine, which is currently undergoing sea trials. The Kanwa Information Center reported that the second submarine has been changed from the first model, which was built without knowledge of U.S. intelligence. The submarine, according to U.S. officials, had been undetected because it was built in an underground factory.  (FULL STORY)
