U.S. interrogated Uighurs at Guantanamo on behalf of the Chinese

A report by the Justice Department’s Inspector General disclosed last week that U.S. interrogators at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba interrogated ethnic Uighurs in cooperation with Chinese officials.
