New Chinese shipyard may have an aircraft carrier in
its dry-dock

China may be building its first indigenous aircraft carrier at a new shipyard, and could field its first Russian-designed vessel by 2015. The website SinoDefence.com reported recently that new details of Chinese carrier production appear to show that the program is being carried out at the newly-built Changxing Shipbuilding Base. Fukuda's resignation bad news for Beijing: Hawkish Aso waits in the wings
