Beijing plays North Korean card to boost leverage with U.S., Japan, and South Korea
The ongoing China tour by North Korean Premier Kim Yong-Il testifies to the "lips-and-teeth" relationship between the neighbors despite Beijing’s dissatisfaction over Pyongyang’s apparent decision to move ahead with its nuclear development program.
