Bolton faults Obama for failing to hold China to account on rights, North Korea

Former State Department official John Bolton, in a recent article published in the Taipei Times, has criticized President Barack Obama's policies toward China as being reckless, especially Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's dismissal of the possibility of advancing human rights in China, administration efforts to seek Chinese funding of budget deficits, and tolerating Chinese infringement of copyright and intelligence property theft.
