Kim's military assumes direct control of North Korea security agency

North Korea has elevated its top police agency and placed it under the direct control of the country's supreme ruler Kim Jong-Il. The reshuffle comes as Kim's regime has put the country under higher alert following a mysterious explosion and sinking of a South Korean patrol boat near the tense inter-Korean maritime border in late March.
