PLA's Second Artillery Corps reportedly building anti-ship ballistic missile facility

China is likely building new facilities for its revolutionary new anti-ship ballistic missile in Guangdong province, the 2049 Institute reported Aug. 3. A report by the think tank stated that the PLA Second Artillery Corps, China's missile forces, announced that a new missile brigade facility, the 96166 Unit in the northern Guangdong municipality of Shaoguan is under construction. Hit with blowback over its N. Korea policy, Beijng renews push for Six-Party Talks
